Every Zoomin product is produced inside our own Zoomin facility. From photo books and frames to calendars, prints, mugs, and personalized gifts, your order moves through Zoomin’s own production process — from upload to print, quality check, packing, and dispatch.
This helps us maintain better control over the quality of your order and the way your uploaded photos are handled throughout the fulfilment process.
Your Photos Are Used Only to Create Your Order
Photos uploaded to Zoomin are used only for creating, printing, quality-checking, packing, dispatching, and supporting the order you place.
Your photos stay within Zoomin’s order fulfilment process and are handled only for the purpose of completing your personalized product.
Limited-Time Storage After Order Completion
For completed orders, your uploaded photos are stored only for the time required to process, produce, quality-check, deliver, and support your order.
Once your order is completed, all uploaded photos and related generated files are securely deleted within 30 days through an automated process.
This short retention window helps us support you in case there is an order-related concern, such as a quality issue, damage, replacement request, or support query after delivery.
Saved Creations for Convenience
If you start creating a product but do not complete your purchase, your creation is saved for up to 30 days from the creation date. This makes it easy to return and complete your order without starting again.
If you edit the creation, the 30-day period resets from the latest edit. If there is no activity after that period, the creation and uploaded photos are automatically deleted.
