If you are not satisfied for any reason, we request you to write to us, and give us a chance to fix it. Please let us know within 15 days of receipt of your order, if you have any concerns with the photos or photo products you have ordered. We will address your concern and guide you through the Zoomin service promise process. Please ship the gift product you have a complaint about, back to us; we will remake any product that is found to be defective or lacking in quality in any way. That is our promise to you.
