Privacy of your photos

Your photos are your memories. Your memories are secure with ZoomIn.

By default all photos in your account are set to "Private". That means you and only you have access to them. If you share your ZoomIn login password with anyone, of course those people will have access to your account and your photos. When you share your photos through ZoomIn, only those who you choose to e-mail will receive the link to view photos. Finally, if you make your album public while sharing it, anyone will be able to see these and your other public photos.

When ordering prints and gifts, our manufacturing team will have access to your photos and we visually inspect each item before packaging and shipping them.

Your photos belong to you! We strongly believe that all rights of a photo uploaded to ZoomIn rest with you. We do not use any customer photos for any purpose without your express, prior, written permission.

Spam and e-mail marketing

We have a strict no-spam policy. If you specifically “opt-in” when registering, we will occasionally send you e-mail updates and offers. Every e-mail we send has opt-out information. In addition, you can change your preferences at any time in the My Account section of ZoomIn.

If you have provided your mobile number during registration we will send you order related text messages and updates. You can change this notification preference as well in My Account

ZoomIn does not rent or sell any personal information to Third Parties.

Safety while paying online

Paying online with your credit card on ZoomIn is safe.

We do not store credit card information in our systems - ever. We only temporarily authorize your card and then remove that data from our systems.

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all information when you fill out the form to submit your credit card information. This ensures that no one can intercept the data while it is in transit. Look for the “https” link on your browser when checking out.

We only use reliable payment gateways to process your payment. We also implement Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and other measures as required by credit card issuers.

We also have implemented McAfee Secure which checks for potential risks. Even external links on our site are verified to ensure you are not inadvertently sent to risky web sites. Look for the McAfee Secure seal on our Checkout Pages.
