How do I purchase prints from ZoomIn?

You can purchase high quality prints of any photo in your account at great prices:

1. Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
2. From the "My Albums" page, click the "Order Prints" link to the right of the Album
3. Click on the photos you'd like to purchase
4. Select the quantity, size and finish for each photo in your purchase
5. Complete the "Checkout" process
6. Once you complete your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing an order summary and your estimated shipping date. You'll receive a second email when your order ships. Please keep these emails for future reference.

When I try to purchase prints it says "Not Recommended" next to one of my prints. What does this mean?

The "Not Recommended" indicator means that the resolution of your image is too low to create a quality print in the size you ordered. If you place an order for a picture where you see this message the final print will appear blurry or pixelated so we do not recommend that you proceed.

Resolution is the measurement of how many pixels (picture elements or dots) make up your image. The more pixels in an image, the sharper it will look in larger prints. It also allows for cropping on smaller prints while maintaining good quality.Digital cameras allow you to change your resolution setting anytime you wish. Choose settings based on the largest size photo you expect to print from the images you are shooting.

Shooting at a resolution much higher than needed for the print size you intend to make will not yield a sharper photo. Higher resolution images create larger files, which will reduce the number of images that will fit on your memory card and they may transfer slowly onto your computer. High resolution files can be downsized in a computer, however this may negatively impact your image quality.

The thumbnail image of your picture that is displayed on the cart page is to show the portion of the image that will appear in the final print. This is provided so that you may crop it if necessary but is not an indication of the sharpness of the final product.

I live in the United States. Can I place print orders and have them shipped to India?

Yes, you can. We currently ship print orders to addresses in the United States and India, regardless of which country you live in.

Can I send a set of prints to multiple people in the same purchase?

Yes. You can add multiple shipping addresses during the checkout process.

How much do your prints cost?

Our print prices are the most competitive around. Combined with our low shipping prices, express service and great print quality - you will agree that ZoomIn is the smart choice for your photos.

How are taxes on my order calculated?

Orders are taxed based on the items purchased. Please see chart below for details. Orders paid for in US dollars and shipped to the US

What are my shipping options?

Orders of loose prints only will be shipped the next business day if the order is placed before 2:00PM India Standard Time. Orders including personalized photo gifts will be shipped within 3 business days from the day the order was placed.

For orders shipped to India, we use Expedited Mail. ZoomIn does not control the service levels of the delivery services, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from date of shipment.

For orders shipped to the US, we use Standard Mail, and estimated delivery time is 6-14 days from date of shipment.

If your order is delivered later than detailed above, please visit our Helpdesk to report the problem.

How long will it take for my print order to arrive?

Delivery dates are based on the time it takes to process your order and estimated shipping time to the destination:

• Order processing times are generally same or next business day for regular size prints. Orders that include premium products such as mugs, calendars, notecards, zoomini books, and large size prints take an additional 2 days to process.
• Estimated shipping times vary, depending on destination country and shipping method
  • For orders shipping to India, we use Expedited Mail - shipping times to major cities are generally 1 business day.
  • For orders shipping to the United States, we use Standard Mail - estimated as 6 to 14 days.

How do I check my order status?

1. Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
2. Click on the "My Account" button
3. Under "My Orders" you can see the status of all current and past orders
4. Click on the "Order ID" link to see additional details about a particular order

Can I send film to ZoomIn to be developed?

Currently ZoomIn does not offer film developing service. However, we hope to offer this service to our customers in the future.

What kind of payment options can I use on ZoomIn.com?

Customers paying with Indian Rupees may use credit cards, Internet banking, or phone banking. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We accept almost every Internet bank, 14 in all! See the full list below. We also accept Paymate for customers that prefer phone banking.

Internet banks accepted include: Centurion, IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, Citibank, IndusInd Bank, iConnect Net Banking, HDFC Bank, Kotak, The Bank of Rajasthan, ICICI Bank, O.B.C (Oriental Bank of Commerce), Yes Bank, PaySeal, Punjab National Bank.

Customers paying with US dollars may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or Google Checkout.

Can I order prints on ZoomIn if I don't have a credit card?

Yes, for customers who prefer to pay by cash we accept ItzCash for orders made using Rupees.

Why did my payment to ZoomIn appear on my credit card or bank account billing statement as "CC Avenue"?

We may use a company called CC Avenue to process your payment. We assure you that this process is encrypted and secure, so your payment information is completely protected.
