I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password by following these steps:
- From the ZoomIn top navigation, click on the "Sign in" link
- Click on the "Did you forget your password?" link
- Enter your email address in the field provided and click "Submit"
- ZoomIn will send an email to that address containing a link to reset your password
How do I update my personal information?
You can review or change your personal information at any time:
- Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
- Click on the "My Account" button
- Under "My Profile", click on the link pertaining to the personal information you wish to update
How do I change my ZoomIn email preferences?
- Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
- Click on the "My Account" button
- Under "My Profile", click on the "View and change the way we contact you by email" link
What is my Address Book?
Your ZoomIn Address Book contains the email addresses of the friends and family with whom you've shared photos, or to whom you have sent prints. You can make changes to your Address Book at any time, including editing, adding, and removing addresses.
How do I upload names from my email Address Book to my ZoomIn Address Book?
ZoomIn makes it easy for you to upload all of your friends' email addresses from your email address book, including Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, Outlook, Outlook Express, and more:
- Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
- Click on the "My Account" button
- Under "My Address Book", click on the "Import your address book:" link
- Follow the instructions on the "Import" page
What is the ZoomIn "Refer a Friend" Program?
The ZoomIn "Refer a Friend" program makes it easy for you to send emails to your friends and family telling them about ZoomIn. When they make their first purchase, ZoomIn deposits 5 credits into your Account. Credits can be used to get FREE prints (1 Credit = 1 Free 4x6" Print). How do I track my ZoomIn "Refer a Friend" referrals?
You can check the status of your referrals at any time:
- Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
- Click on the "My Account" button
- Under "My referral status" you can see the current status for each referral email you sent through the "Refer a Friend" program
What are ZoomIn credits?
ZoomIn credits are rewards or incentives deposited into your ZoomIn account when you perform certain actions. ZoomIn credits can be used to get FREE prints (1 Credit = 1 Free 4x6" Print).
How can I earn ZoomIn credits?
Currently, you can earn ZoomIn credits by referring friends and family to try ZoomIn via the "Refer a Friend" program. It's easy to see how many ZoomIn credits you've earned:
- Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
- On the "My Albums" page you will see a box on the right promoting the "Refer a Friend" program. This box will include the total number of ZoomIn credits currently available to be used towards your next print order.
