3. Enter your email address in the field provided and click "Submit"
4. ZoomIn will send an email to that address containing a link to reset your password

You can review or change your personal information at any time:

1. Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
2. Click on the "My Account" button
3. Under "My Profile", click on the link pertaining to the personal information you wish to update

How do I change my ZoomIn email preferences?

What is my Address Book?

Your ZoomIn Address Book contains the email addresses of the friends and family with whom you've shared photos, or to whom you have sent prints. You can make changes to your Address Book at any time, including editing, adding, and removing addresses.

How do I upload names from my email Address Book to my ZoomIn Address Book?

ZoomIn makes it easy for you to upload all of your friends' email addresses from your email address book, including Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, Outlook, Outlook Express, and more:

1. Sign in to your ZoomIn user account
2. Click on the "My Account" button
3. Under "My Address Book", click on the "Import your address book:" link
4. Follow the instructions on the "Import" page
