Why is my recent order not listed in my account?
Some orders may not immediately appear in My Account. We sometimes have to wait for payment confirmation from our credit card or other payment processor before we can begin processing your order. If it’s been over 24 hours since you placed your order, and you still do not see your order in My Account, please send us a message and we will investigate the issue.
Why is no tracking information available for my order?
Not all the companies we use for shipping your order provide real time tracking information. When a tracking number does appear, and does not provide information about the status of your order, it may be because the shipping company has not yet updated their website. This process sometimes takes between 24 – 48 hours.
What does it mean when the order status is "In Transit"?
When your order is In Transit, it means that we have finished processing your order and have begun the dispatch process with a courier or shipping company. When there is a tracking number available, we display it alongside the courier’s name. Although we display the tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to show it on their website.
How accurate is the expected arrival date?
Our Expected Arrival Date is an approximate window based on our experience when shipping orders to your area. Although we try to provide an accurate shipping estimate, the final delivery date can be affected by unexpected delays by our courier, local weather related delays and other transit issues.
Will I receive all my items at the same time?
We often split our shipments into multiple deliveries. We may have to do this when the processing time between two items in your order is significantly apart. When we do ship partially, you will get notification that only part of your order has shipped.
