Manager: Franchise Development
Location: Mumbai, India
Reports To: VP – Products and Strategy
ZoomIn.com is creating a thriving online ecosystem for consumers and professionals around the world to get more from their photos. ZoomIn is a venture funded company with a diverse management team with a track record of founding and leading successful startups.
ZommIn.com is now venturing into the retail space by building a bridge to the online site and providing consumers with a location where they can experience our products , get inspired to create and get useful tips and help from our store staff.

We are looking for a driven Franchise Development Manager who is a self starter and will be driving our intent to get the right set of franchisees on board.
You

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating ROI cases for franchisee development
- You will develop pipeline of locations and potential franchisees for expansion
- You will be responsible for selling the concept and the idea to franchisee ( ROI Planning , Cost/ Benefit Analysis , Concept Selling )
- You will be responsible for execution and rollout of franchisee led operations.
- You will be responsible for rolling out the Standard Operating processes for the store
- You will be responsible for creating standard training documents and train the store staff
- You will be responsible for the marketing plans for enhancing footfalls or enhancing product mix.
- You will be responsible for developing vendors for the retail rollout ( Store fixtures , Signage vendors )
As with any position in a startup, you must embrace change, be willing to wear many hats and be completely hands on.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in franchisee development and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Having worked with a camera/ photo printing brand would be an added plus.
Education and/or Relevant Experience:
- Minimum : Graduate
- Desired: MBA

We are looking for a high energy account manager to manage our relationships with large retail key accounts

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for deployment and execution of the retail infrastructure, the branding elements ,the marketing collateral at the partner locations.
- You will be responsible for creating standard training documents and training the retail staff
- You will be responsible developing a panel of vendors for standard set of activities across regions for Below the line marketing promotions, manpower.
- You will manage the account on an ongoing basis and will be directly responsible for:
- Setting daily sales targets ,Setting product mix and merchandise mix targets
- Plan and execute marketing promotions to drive the numbers and to meet the company objectives
- Be in sync with partner promotions and drive the numbers accordingly
