Which products qualify for the ZoomIn Price Match Guarantee?

The Price Match Guarantee is valid for all products on zoomin.com. The Guarantee is available only for the exact model and configuration. This means the lower price product must have the same specifications, be factory sealed (ie no grey market or refurbished products), include the same accessories and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Lower priced product must be a current model. Clearance and end-of-life stock products do not qualify.

Guarantee applies to the price of the product plus additional charges such as taxes and shipping.

Are there any exclusions to claiming the guarantee?

The lower price must be advertised on a website that is available to the general public and directed to consumers in India. As an example, the following would be excluded: corporate discounts, coupons or promotions not available to the general public, rewards programs.

We will not be able to honor requests that we believe are the result of a typographical or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

ZoomIn does not currently match prices from marketplaces and daily deal sites such as eBay, Sulekha Deals, etc.

How do I submit a claim?

If you find a lower advertised price, either before you purchase a product or up to seven days after your purchase, fill out the Price Match Guarantee Form with the requested information. Our team will then independently verify your claim and get back to you.

If we verify the lower price meets the Price Match Guarantee criterion, you will be offered the matched price or in case of a purchase, receive a credit to the account used. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
