Which products qualify for the ZoomIn Price Match Request?
The Price Match Request is valid for all products on zoomin.com. Please ensure that you share all the details
about the product when you submit your request.
Lower priced product must be a current model. It will not be possible for us to match Clearance and end-of-life stock products.
Matching the price would include the price of the product plus additional charges such as taxes and shipping.
Are there any exclusions ?
The lower price must be advertised on a website that is available to the general
public and directed to consumers in India. As an example, the following would be
excluded: corporate discounts, coupons or promotions not available to the general
public, rewards programs.
We will not be able to honor requests that we believe are the result of a typographical
or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
ZoomIn does not currently match prices from marketplaces and daily deal sites such
as eBay, Sulekha Deals, etc.
How do I submit a claim?
If you find a lower advertised price, either before you purchase a product or up
to seven days after your purchase, fill out the Price Match Request Form with
the requested information. Our team will then independently verify your claim and
get back to you.
